MN en BAM Wonen verduurzamen woningen in Eelde-Paterswolde

MN Dutch Real Estate (MN DRE) en BAM Wonen starten met het verduurzamen van 38 huurwoningen aan de Veenstukken en Vermeerweg in Eelde-Paterswolde. Het project maakt deel uit van de ketensamenwerking waarbij MN DRE en BAM Wonen 906 huurwoningen die in eigendom zijn van Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek (PMT) verduurzamen van energielabel C of D naar label A++. BAM Wonen past haar innovatieve en rendabele verduurzamingsaanpak toe om slim en efficiënt het gas- en elektraverbruik van de woningen te reduceren.

Large consortium of investors files climate resolution at TotalEnergies

We, 17 investors with assets under management of around €1.1 trillion and green shareholder group Follow This, have filed a climate resolution for the AGM of TotalEnergies SE, which takes place on May 26. The resolution (attached) asks the oil major to align its 2030 scope 3 emissions reduction targets with the Paris Climate Agreement.

European investors request the filling of a resolution at ENGIE's upcoming general meeting
